I have rheumatoid arthritis, and have been on a regimen of steroids and methotraxate, with intensive weekly treatments by both a rheumatologist and massage therapist. With this affliction, I have regularly had occasions of vomiting, dizziness, and dozing off in the middle of the day in addition to the pain and distress of the affliction.
